Above you can see my finished magazine cover "PREMIER". I have edited the original image by adjusting the brightness and contrast so the image looks less dark than it did before the editing process. I also used the Spot healing brush tool on part of Jack's face to give the cover the most flawless look i could as this would make the magazine look more professional. With the magazine being based around the genre of rock i decided to take the picture with a rock-looking background. You can see that behind Jack is a wall with parts ripped off. This gives the magazine more of a rock and roll feeling as when you think of the genre rock you imagine; damaged, loud and violence which i think my background represents. I also added a main large text to show what the magazine includes and sub stories with a smaller text to show what else is included inside the magazine.
